When is my ride confirmed?
A saved request awaits driver acceptance. Once an eligible driver accepts, Activity shows their vehicle and a payment button. Your booking becomes confirmed only after payment verification. Requests do not guarantee driver availability.
What does $49.99 per hour include?
Choose Ride for a point-to-point fare based on Google Maps estimated driving minutes, rounded up to a whole minute, at $49.99 per hour. The displayed quote is valid for 10 minutes and locks when you request. Choose By the hour to reserve 1–8 hours in half-hour steps at $49.99/hour. Reserved time remains payable if you finish early. No per-mile or automatic overtime charge applies. Plan tolls, parking and stops with the driver before departure; this booking does not add those charges.
Can I cancel my ride?
Yes. Cancel in Activity before the driver starts your trip for no cancellation fee. If you have paid, a full refund is requested to the original method and its status appears in Activity. Bank processing time varies. After a trip starts, contact support for a review.
How accurate are the locations?
Start typing and select an address from the list. Google Maps calculates the driving distance and estimated time between your locations. Estimates vary with traffic. Check the pickup entrance on the map; you can adjust either pin or use your device location.
How do I meet my driver?
Check the assigned driver's name, vehicle and license plate in Activity. Share the four-digit trip PIN only after checking the vehicle. Driver location appears only while the driver shares a recent position. For an emergency, call 911.
