Store names and product brands
Store names, logos, and product brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify shopping locations and products.

Marketplace terms
Instafresh provides an independent delivery service to end customers. Listed store names identify shopping locations; a listing does not establish a store relationship or endorsement. Review the delivery details, item prices, fees, availability, and replacement preferences shown for your order before confirming.
Privacy
Location, address, account, cart, order, and delivery data are used only to provide and protect the service. Access should be limited by role and retained only as long as required.
Driver and shopper photo reviews
Photos, equipment images, and receipts submitted through the driver workspace are used to review the associated account or support request. They are stored privately and available to the submitting account and authorized platform administrators. Photo verification in this workspace is a manual review; this feature does not perform automated face matching. Contact support for questions about access or removal of your submitted records.
Payments and refunds
Available payment methods, charges, and order actions are shown during checkout and in your account. Contact Instafresh about payment issues, adjustments, cancellations, or refunds for your order.
