What Instafresh does
Instafresh provides a platform for requesting shopping and delivery to your address. We coordinate your delivery and provide order support. We are not a retailer, a store representative, or an official delivery service of the stores listed on this website.
Store names and brands
Store names, logos, and product brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify shopping locations and products.
Prices and availability
Prices shown may differ from in-store prices. Item availability is confirmed while shopping. Review item prices, delivery and service fees, taxes, and any optional tip at checkout before placing your order.
Separate store orders
Each store requires a separate checkout and order. Review the delivery provider, minimum, delivery window, and charges shown for each order. Orders may arrive separately. A product listing does not reserve shelf stock or guarantee delivery to your address.
Replacement choices
Choose whether your shopper should contact you, leave an unavailable item out, or use a replacement within your selected limits. Review the product, size, quantity, price, and dietary details before approving a replacement. Changes outside your approved instructions require your agreement. A replacement choice does not itself confirm a refund.
Order minimums and fees
For US shopping and delivery orders operated by Instafresh, the minimum is $35 per store order and a $2.99 service fee applies to each store checkout. Delivery charges, applicable taxes, and optional tips are separate. Any different delivery arrangement and its charges are shown at checkout. For other markets, review the amounts in the displayed currency.
Delivery membership
Where offered, Instafresh+ costs $8.99 per month or $79.99 per year in USD and renews automatically until canceled. No free trial is included. Verified membership provides free delivery on eligible US orders operated by Instafresh. Each store order must meet the $35 minimum; the $2.99 service fee, taxes, and optional tips remain payable. Other delivery arrangements may not qualify. Review eligibility at checkout and cancel renewal from your membership page before the next billing date.
